Multiple Roles
There are many user roles available to your institution that allow restricted or total access to the different sections and features within each section. These roles include:

• Admin Role: All access.
• Location Admin Role: Admin access to assigned locations – no access to Configuration.
• Student Services Role: Access to Prospective Students, Students, Contacts and Reports.
• Recruiter Role: Access to Prospective Students and only those that are assigned to them..
• Front Office Role: Read-Only access to Students and Courses – Can make notes.
• Educator Role: Access to Assigned Courses to enter grades and take attendance.
• Student Role: Read Only access only to their own profiles

Data Import/Export Capability
Data import capabilities are available for Prospective Student, Student and Course sections. Import is done by uploading Microsoft © Excel or .CSV (comma separated value) files and mapping your data fields to ampEducator.

Web Services API
The ampEducator Web API (or web services) are a set of web services you can use to access your data in ampEducator in order to integrate with other application you may be using. For more information on our Web API please access the How Do I guide.

Fully Customizable
ampEducator is fully customizable throughout the entire application. Each section has many options that can be changed including required fields and default settings. You can also customize reports, letters and ID’s and adapt the application to your institution workflow from simple aspects like adding your logo and colours to advanced options like building custom modules specific to your operations.
