You can submit an online support request by using our online support system at http://www.amperea.com/support. The system will automatically notify our support staff and provide you with a unique ticket number allowing you to track your support request.


For phone or email support please call us (647) 430 2987 or email us at support@amperea.com. Support is available Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm EST and response times are within 4hrs, usually much faster. ampEducator users can also use the support link found within the application.


A complete searchable online manual is also available. The manual is constantly updated and contains answers to the most commonly asked questions as well as tips, hints and other useful information. The online manual and the PDF version can be accessed from the links below.



Personal and institutional training is available. Depending on the location and requirements of the insitution training can be done through web conferencing or on-site. Please call us to arrange training times. Below you will find training materials used for first time users. Please note that these materials are provided on an as is basis and are constantly in a state of revision and updates and the ampEducator application changes.
