You can submit an support ticket request by using our online support ticket system at www.amperea.com/support. The system will automatically notify our support staff and provide you with a unique ticket number allowing you to track your support request.
For email support please email us at support@amperea.com. Support is available Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm EST and response times are within 4hrs, usually much faster. ampEducator users can also use the support link found within the application.

The manual is constantly updated and contains a How Do I? guide to the most commonly asked questions as well as Quick Start Guide, information on previous/upcoming releases and for developers wishing to integrate to ampEducator using our API services.
