The latest build has added multiple student addresses allowing you to track address changes and better manage communications with your students. The functionality is identical to the prospect section and multiple addresses from prospects will be copied over when converting.

The latest build of ampEducator has introduced multiple addresses for Prospective students. Each prospective student now has a 'Master' address and can have up to any number of other addresses the types being defined in the configuration module. Each address is also date stamped in order to track changes in address. The same changes will be made to the Student section in the following build.

As many users are aware, you can add notes for prospects, students, staff and educators. As helpful as this is, however, there was previously no way to track items that you needed to follow up on without checking the notes first. To address this issue, we've added activities.
Activities allow you to create notes for specific dates and times which can be assigned to different users and which can be tracked.
You will find the following changes:
1. An 'Activities' tab in the ampEducator dashboard which allows you to see and track activities assigned to you and create new activities.
2. An activities menu under 'Prospects' which which allows you to see and track activities assigned to the current prospect and create new activities for that prospect.
Having prospect activities also means that the Follow Up date for prospects has been removed and the option to add an activity when you're adding a prospect has been added.
In addition there are now new configuration settings for the types and methods of Activities which administrators can modify in the Configuration module.
There has also been a small change made in the way the Prospect stati are handled. Previously the Funnel Status of a prospect was a drop down menu. It has been converted to a list where you can track and add new stati. This will allow you to better track and report on the status of prospects in the system.
