... the first roll-out of our new security, sharing and roles is available today. Over the weekend several new updates were made to the application requiring updates to the institution databases. Some institutions will experience access issues to specific areas (like activites or email) while the updates are going on. We expect all updates to be completed for all schools by noon EST at which point access will automatically be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.
... As with any system updates are a necessary part of the process and there is never any good time to do them. Although we do our very best to limit exposure we can't prevent all problems relating to the updates. We have still got a lot more work to do and more requests to fill for all our clients and we appreciate all your support and patience while we continue to work towards creating the very best, most affordable school administration software for you - our valued partners!
