The Amperea Authorized Reseller Program offers IT solution providers the ability to take ampEducator – a web based student information system – to new and existing customers in the fields of private, public and corporate education from around the world.
While institutions are interested in the benefits of ampEducator, many of them do not have the time, staff, or expertise to fully adopt ampEducator into their business processes to empower their organizations, creating opportunities for trusted technology advisors.
Amperea recognizes that resellers are the trusted advisors and technology consultants to their existing institutions and will play the pivotal role of helping them get the best out of ampEducator.
Strategic business process consulting, worry-free management of the service and comprehensive support are a few of the valuable services that resellers are providing around ampEducator to grow recurring revenue streams and deepen customer relationships.
Resellers focusing on project-based revenue can manage customer deployments including data migration, provide user training and best practices, tackle systems integration, develop custom reporting, and develop custom application extensions using the Amperea API.
As a representative of Amperea and the Amperea brand, Amperea expects you to act with professionalism and integrity in your customer relationships. The program consists of finding and selling to customers and there are no required minimums. You can offer the service to existing clients but the more customers you reach the more value you can help create and the more commission and recurring payout you can earn.
Resellers in this program benefit from a one-time sales commission (activation) for signing up new clients and (optionally) a percentage of recurring revenue monthly fees if they provide support and training (deployment) ongoing.
As an Amperea Authorized Reseller we will also provide you with:
- Technical training and reseller support.
- Email Support Ticket System.
- Reseller logo branding.
- Console to create and manage customer accounts.
Activating Clients
If you simply wish to earn a one-time commission, Amperea can take over the deployment services for after you activate the client.
Deploying Clients
If you wish to receive ongoing recurring fees each month you will need to provide the deployment services based on the packages you sell to your clients.
Deployment can be very simple or may involve many tasks depending on the client. Some clients may not need deployment services and others may need you to handle everything for them. Examples of this involve creating end user accounts, performing data migration, training, and other rollout steps necessary to satisfactorily help customers experience a successful deployment.
Amperea offers many types of plans to support any type of client and the billing relationship will be with you or your client as you prefer.
