GUI (Graphic User Interface) Navigation is very simple and intuitively designed in ampEducator. These topics outline the common attributes of the ampEducator interface:
| • | Add New Data: When you want to ‘Add’ new data look for the green plus “Add” icon always located in the top left-hand corner of the table list view. |

| • | Table List View: The ‘Table List View’ navigation options are similar throughout the system for ease of use. Data can be sorted by clicking on the column header and hyperlink shortcuts are used to speed navigation where possible.
| • | Table List View - Actions: Each Table List View has ‘Actions’ that can be performed on data in the list found in the last column to the right. To identify what an ‘Action’ does simply mouse over it to view a descriptive pop-up.
| • | Top Level Tabs, Top Level Sub-Menus, Tab Sections and Tab Section Menus: In this guide it is important to understand the lingo used to describe the ampEducator GUI. Each Module has ‘Top Level Tab’s and when the ‘Tab’ is selected it becomes highlighted. Each ‘Tab’ has ‘Top Level Sub Menu’ options that correspond to it and when these are selected they become highlighted as well. This provides access to the 'Tab Section' which contains a 'Tab Section Menu'.
| • | Tab Section Menus: Each ‘Top Level Tab’ has a ‘Tab Section’ with additional 'Tab Section Menus' that are enclosed with a grey box highlighted in yellow below. Within that box contain the ‘Options’ for the section. It is important to remember to use the SAVE button when applicable. |

| • | Tab Section Hints: The Tab Section ‘Hints’ are the areas highlighted beneath the Title of the Tab Section and give a description of what the Tab Section relates to.
| • | Tab Section Options: The Tab Section ‘Options’ can be changed by clicking on the ‘Add Item’ link which opens a pop-up allowing the insertion of custom text to the Options List by clicking the ‘Add’ Button.
| • | If a mistake is made the Option can be deleted by clicking on the Trash Can Icon which then prompts for confirmation before deleting the Option permanently.
