The Support Option and Feature Request options are located in the top right-hand corner of the screen:

Please note: This is the recommended method to place support requests. Response turnaround time is approx. 4 hours for Support Request and goes directly to the email of Amperea Senior Support staff and is assigned a trouble ticket in our ticket support system at http://www.amperea.com/support.
Feature Request can be used when a user feels they need something added to the system. Examples can include a link to speed navigation or a function that does not exist in the system currently. Generally, this is a good feedback tool as it does not require a lot of work and Amperea encourages the use of it as needed.
