| • | The ‘Locations’ tab allows you add a new location, configure location information – such as open or closed status as well as enable or disable an entire location if required for any reason. Please note that disabling a location will disable all users assigned to that location. |
| • | Users assigned to each location will only be able to access information relevant to that location. You must have at least one active main location and cannot disable the location you are currently assigned to. |
| • | Before you can add another location you must request this from your Amperea Representative. The reason for this is because ampEducator fees are charged by location and unlike most software packages that charge by user, ampEducator has unlimited users per location. |
