Below you'll find the various different 'Modules' of ampEducator.
 
If you have any problems using ampEducator or require assistance please use the Support Options.
 
Before starting to use ampEducator it is important to 'Configure' the application for use!
 
Each ‘Module’ on the Dashboard has areas that can be customized. If you have not done so already, start by clicking on the ‘Configuration’ Module on the Dashboard shown below:
 
1. Start Here First! Configuration
Use this section to customize and configure ampEducator to your institutions' requirements.

 
2. Prospective Students
This section allows you to manage, track, and follow up with prospective students which are interested in attending your school.
 
 
3. Students
Use this section to manage, track and administer all aspects of current or previous students.

 
4. Educators
This section allows you to add, edit and manage educators for your institution.
 
 
5. Staff
This section allows you to add, edit and manage staff (front office, reception etc..) for your institution.
 
 
6. Programs & Courses
Manage current programs, courses and terms, create new program and course templates.
 
 
7. Scheduling Tools
Various tools to help you with scheduling tasks.
 
 
8. Reports, Forms, Letters & ID's
Generate and manage reports, forms, letters and ID cards for your institution.
