The Student Sub-Menu has the same options as 'Prospective' but also has a Tab Section called ‘Student Transcripts’ which sets what information will be printed. Customize the way the transcript for your institution looks like by choosing a PDF template and what information is printed. You may also breakdown the transcript by terms if applicable and provide details on the authorizing person and grading key.
Students can have a variety of different stati. You may add, edit and delete from the list as necessary. You must have at least one student status.
Just like Prospective - In addition to the fields found in ampEducator you can define up to 30 custom fields specific to your institution. These fields are shared between prospective students and students so you can choose to have each field either exclusively for a student or for both a student and a prospect. These fields will appear when you edit a student's record.
