Once you click on the configuration tab you will see a series of 'Sub-Menus' appear. Each one has both similar and unique areas to configure.
You should go through each section starting with Prospective and ending with ID Cards as shown below:
Note: Custom Fields
If required, custom fields can be added to certain sections of ampEducator. The options for custom fields are, Text, Text Area, Select List, Checkbox, Radio Buttons, and Date.
Only 6 Modules allow for Custom Fields, Prospective (30 fields max), Student (30 fields max), Educators (30 fields max), Staff (30 fields max), Programs (5 fields max) and Courses (5 fields max). Prospective and Student Custom fields can be exclusive or shared.
All Custom Fields are (~) optional.
To add custom fields – simply click ‘Add Item’, and the details of the fields can be defined.
