This section allows you to add, edit and manage staff for your institution. Staff once added as users to ampEducator can then be assigned roles.
There are two types of Roles for Staff:
1. Recruiter - which allows the Staff member access to Prospective Only.
2. Front Office - which allows the Staff member access to Students and Courses with READ ACCESS ONLY and the ability to take notes.
You will notice that you can also Generate ID Cards for your Staff as well.
By Clicking on Staff Profile the follow tab sections are revealed:
| • | Edit Staff: Allows you to add specific information about your Staff. You can edit as required. |
| • | User Info: Each staff user has a user account. This will allow staff to login and view students, courses and personal profile. If you do not want staff to login, you can disable their user account here as well. |
| • | Hour Clock: To track the staff hours you need to assign them a hour clock. An hour clock determines when staff hours should be tracked. |
| • | Custom Fields: You may define up to 30 custom fields for information specific to your staff. |
| • | Staff Notes: You can add various notes and reminders about staff here. |
By clicking on Hours you will be able to view the hours logged by the Staff. Hours are tracked by use of Hour Clocks, Bar Code Reader and ID Card.
| • | You can also Generate an Hour Report by Date or look in the blue highlighted window area below to see on screen how many Hours a Staff has accumulated. |
| • | You can also Add Daily Hours, but to do this the Staff member must be assigned an hour clock. |
| • | To edit existing Staff hours click of the magnifying glass under actions shown below: |
