Upcoming Planned Features

• Import
  • Ability to import student, courses and student grade information from csv and excel files
• Export
  • Ability to export data as csv, excel and pdf directly from any data list table
  • Ability to export all application data as an XML file
• T2202 Tax Form
  • Allows institutions in Canada to generate the T2202 Tax Form
• Financials
  • Upgrade of the financials sections to work with an invoice system as opposed to a simple ledger.
  • Ability to generate and email statements to students automatically
• History
  • Ability to document and view actions performed by users for security and auditing purposes
• Student Paper Record
  • Ability to generate a PDF file containing the entire student record (contact, programs, courses, financials, hours, activities, notes, document list, email list, history) for paper storage
• International Versions
  • Ability to use ampEducator in other languages besides English (primarily French, Spanish and Italian with other versions to be added as requested/needed)
• Application Module
  • A new module which allows institutions to automatically generate online applications and aptitude tests which prospective students can take.
• SMS
  • Ability to send any notifications by text message to mobile devices
• PCC Refund Calculator Module (Ontario)
  • Allows PCC in Ontario to calculate student refunds based on PCC rules set out by the ministry
• POS Module
  • Allows institutions to track and manage sales of items to their students using ampEducator.
• ID Photographer
  • Allows institutions to quickly and easily take photos of their students, staff and educators using ampEducator and a webcam.
